As a C-suite leader, she scaled international sales organizations generating tens of millions annually, built and exited multiple brands, and advised emerging companies into successful acquisition—influencing global consumer markets at scale.

As a lead chemist and pioneer in pheromone innovation, Karissa developed formulations that redefined how scent interacts with human connection—earning a devoted global following and quietly reshaping the category.
