Rather than offering a pre-blended scent, each capsule is composed of three separate formulas—top, heart, and base—allowing you to layer and adjust them yourself.

The final fragrance is formed on your skin, shaped by your chemistry, mood, and environment.

No two results are ever the same.

How does the capsule system work?

Each capsule includes:

A Top Note Formula (the opening)
A Heart Note Formula (the identity)
A Base Note Formula (the depth)

You may wear each individually or layer them in any proportion.

Adjusting the balance creates different outcomes—subtle, bold, fresh, or grounded—depending on how you choose to apply them.

Your skin chemistry binds the layers, completing the fragrance.

Do I have to layer all three formulas together?

No.

Each formula is designed to stand on its own or work in combination.

You may wear:

one formula
two layered
or all three together

The system is intentionally flexible, allowing you to create a scent that reflects your mood, time of day, or setting.

Will the fragrance smell different on me than on someone else?

Yes.

Skin chemistry, temperature, hydration, and natural oils all influence how a fragrance develops.

Because Maison Kismet Arôme fragrances are completed on the skin—not pre-blended—this variation is not incidental, but essential.

How long do the fragrances last?

Each formula is designed for clarity, evolution, and longevity.

The base note provides depth and lasting presence, while the top and heart shift and unfold over time.

Layering can extend wear and projection, our key formula base is blended for the highest concentration of long lasting, memorable signature scents.

Are your ingredients natural?

Our formulations use a considered balance of ethically sourced, naturally derived ingredients and advanced aroma molecules.

Modern fragrance technology ensures stability, projection, and lasting performance.

This approach allows us to maintain both integrity and efficacy.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All formulations are developed with skin compatibility in mind.

However, as with any fragrance or cosmetic product, individual sensitivities may vary. We recommend testing on a small area of skin before full application if you have known sensitivities.

How should I apply the fragrance?

Each bottle is designed with a precision wand applicator to allow for intentional placement.

We recommend applying to pulse points such as:

wrists
neck
behind the ears
collarbone

You may layer directly on the skin, adjusting placement and intensity as desired.

Are your fragrances gender-specific?

No.

Maison Kismet Arôme is gender-neutral by design.

Our compositions are built around emotion, structure, and experience—not traditional gender categories.

Will you restock capsule collections?

No.

Each capsule is released as part of a limited legacy series.
Once a capsule is closed, it becomes part of the archive and is not reproduced. Access to the archive is limited to Members only for repurchase. Visit our membership page for more information to access the Maison.

Can I travel with the capsule?

Yes.

Each formula is individually bottled, allowing you to carry and layer as desired. We recommend storing them upright and securely to preserve integrity during travel.

Do you offer bespoke fragrance services?

Yes.
